“GUIDA MACCHINA” vision system
The DXF file relevant to the printing or sewing and to the perimeter is prepared as well as the DXF file of the application of the studs.

The scan is performed using a special camera and a special illuminator that allows to identify the shapes even if with a low colour contrast (i.e. dark blue print on black bag)

The system recognizes the shapes by associating them with the pre-loaded DXF file, sees the actual positions of the printed shapes, associates them with the studs application DXF file, modifies the application coordinates and sends them to the CNC machine.

The “GUIDA MACCHINA” Vision System can be used to drive the machines in the presence of digital printing, perforation, stitching,embroidery, incisions, laser processing.
