The SPL 55 PLUS PLC is a programmable electronic splitter. The machine is controlled by a PLC with a Touch Screen display that displays the set data and provides information on the operation of the machine, also making use of particular acoustic signals. The main sectors of use are in the leather and shoe manufacturing, furniture, clothing, felt, and all materials with elasticity and adequate softness. The positioning and recovery of blade consumption is automatic. The adjustment of the blade inside the plate takes place automatically without any adjustment. Standard or long-lasting wheels can be used for sharpening, which allow constant maintenance of the sharpening angle. The electronic display shows the cutting thickness that is obtained, the working speed, the conditions of the blade, the number of pieces machined, etc.
The PLC is equipped with diagnostics in order to check the correct functioning of the machine and to report any anomalies. The machine is also equipped with a partial splitting device that allows a millimetric adjustment of the incision (particularly useful in the processing of footwear and leather goods). The suction of waste and sharpening residues takes place with 2 independent aspirators, waste and sharpening residues are collected in 2 completely separate containers. The machine is equipped with a device for the rapid adjustment of the working pressure.
