Quality Policy
Sagitta Officina Meccanica s.r.l., in strict compliance with applicable safety criteria and as part of its corporate policy, is committed to achieving customer satisfaction in the design, production, and sale of machinery for the footwear and rubber/plastic industries.
The company ensures its commitment to meeting its customers’ specific needs, relying on its availability, professional expertise, and many years of experience in the footwear and rubber/plastic machinery sector.
The objectives of Sagitta Officina Meccanica s.r.l.’s quality policy are:
– Definition, dissemination to stakeholders, and understanding of the Quality Policy
– Achievement of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification
– Appointment of a Quality Manager with the authority to draft and maintain the Quality Manual
– Dissemination of a quality culture at all levels of the organizational structure through specific training activities to ensure the Quality Management System is understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels
– Preparation, implementation, and maintenance of a Quality Management System as a management tool
– definition of statistical techniques and quality indicators as quantitative means and parameters to be monitored and analyzed with a view to continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
– Certification of this Quality Management System by an accredited Certification Organization
Sagitta Officina Meccanica s.r.l. implements the above by pursuing:
– compliance with applicable regulations/legislation to ensure the safety of its customers and employees
– customer satisfaction (understanding and incorporating their needs and service acceptance criteria in order to provide an efficient, effective, and comprehensively satisfying solution), to foster customer loyalty
– the continuous and constant improvement of internal efficiency, with the consequent reduction of any errors and waste
– consolidation of its market position and the acquisition of new customers
– encouraging employee training and knowledge on quality and safety issues
– optimizing communication between employees and the CEO by expanding the use of email rather than exclusively verbal communication.
