Programmable computerized machine capable of memorizing the fundamental processing data such as width, inclination, thickness, feeding speed of the workpiece etc…. into special programs that can be recalled and related to countless types of skiving.
The different types of memorized workings can be grouped in sequences, thus obtaining the possibility of carrying out up to 10 different types of skiving on each part being worked.
The memorized programs are recalled simply by typing, on the keyboard, the acronym that distinguishes them and, within a memorized sequence, by using the pedal, one passes quickly from one type of skiving to another one. Modifying a program is done in real time by simply overwriting the value to be changed and the storage is automatic.
The sharpening of the knife and the dressing of the grinding wheel can be programmed according to a certain number of meters of skiving performed; even the operating mode of the feeding roller can be programmed and memorized for each type of processing.
