Crimping Machine
Crimping Machine to shape the Uppers of Shoes, Boots and Ankle Boots.
The combined action of pressure and heat changes the fibre structure of the material to be crimped and allows the material itself to be shaped as desired.
The shoe upper is shaped accordingly to the plate curve.
The machine is produced in four versions:
– for shoes, ankle boots, short-leg boot, standard profile with aluminum blade and mobile gripper
– for shoes, ankle boots, short-leg boot, standard profile with thin stainless steel blade
– for one-piece high-leg boots, standard profile with aluminum blade and movable gripper
– for one-piece high-leg boots, standard profile with thin stainless steel blade
Optionals
– Special Cylinder to increase the crimping stroke to 350mm
– Extra Pressing Cylinders for Long Boot Machine Version
– Refrigerating unit
