TGT machine models trim Rubber or Elastomers gaskets. The gaskets, placed on rotating spindles, are trimmed with extreme precision by means of lance-shaped tooling. Vertical axis rotating like machine with many working stations (from 4 up to a maximum of 8). The loading operations can be either manual or automatic with different systems according to the customers needs. The gasket holding spindles have a variable speed controlled by inverter. After being processed, the gasket is ejected from the spindle by an air blow. The cutting units are made on circular support with pneumatic tool holder and hydraulic speed regulator.
The work cycle takes place in four fully automatic phases:
a) loading
b) holding
c) cutting
d) ejection

The machine control is run by PLC combined with a pneumatic/electrical logic. The adjustments, data setting, diagnosis etc. are operated through a hanging T-Line control panel.
