_module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>GR 1200 UC is the sister of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sagitta.it\/en\/machines-for-rubber-and-plastic\/granulators-cube-dicers\/gr-850-uc\/\">GR 850 UC<\/a> but\u2026.bigger!<br \/>GR 1200 UC has a strategic use in the production of polymeric materials, elastomers, thermoplastics.<br \/>The use of the granule (pellets) offers great advantages in terms of <strong>quality<\/strong> and <strong>costs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quality<br \/><\/strong>Accurate dosing in the measuring and mixing <strong>compounding<\/strong><br \/>Accurate <b>mixing <\/b>during continuous vulcanisation (EXTRUDER)<br \/>Accurate mixing of the <b>moulding <\/b><strong>presses<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Costs<br \/><\/strong>Mixing Process Time <strong>reduced<\/strong><br \/>Dissolution Process Time <strong>reduced<\/strong><br \/>Material saved with a <strong>precise<\/strong> <strong>dosing<\/strong> in the moulding presses<br \/>Reduction of <strong>space<\/strong> for material storage<br \/>Reduction of shipping <strong>costs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>How it works<\/strong><br \/>The cut is <em>scissor<\/em> like.<br \/>Two sets of circular knives, which revolve in the opposite direction and are intermeshing cut into <em>stripes<\/em> (spaghetti).<br \/>The thickness of the circular knives defines the <em>width<\/em> of the strips.<br \/>In order to prevent the strips from winding around the disc cylinders, one <em>comb<\/em> for each cylinder is provided to take the strips out of the gaps between the circular knives.<br \/>The strips reach the <em>counter-knife<\/em> one besides the other and they are cut by the rotating knife cylinder into cubical shape.<\/p>\n<p>From bands (or rolls or sheets )\u00a0 up to <strong>1200 mm<\/strong> wide , it is possible to obtain <strong>homogeneous<\/strong> granules at the outlet thanks GR 1200 UC machine.<\/p>\n<p>The GR 1200 UC is equipped with an <em>automatic bearing greasing system<\/em> with exhausted grease recovery. This system allows to produce in <strong>continuous<\/strong> reducing the stops for maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>The innovative <em>cooling system<\/em> of the disc shafts allows to keep the temperature levels of the cutting units in <strong>optimal<\/strong> conditions even with problematic compounds.<\/p>\n<p>On request, <em>widia<\/em> blades and counter blades can be installed for a longer life of the cutting edges.<br \/>The machine is available for processing granules with dimensions <strong>10\u00d710 mm<\/strong> or <strong>15\u00d715 mm<\/strong>.<br \/>The thickness of the material, in both cases, can reach a maximum of <strong>12 mm<\/strong> (not continuous).<\/p>\n<p>In the case of the version with <em>variable<\/em> speed, the GR 1200 UC granulator can work with a feed speed
