The machine is controlled by a PLC with a Touch Screen display that displays the set data and provides information on the operation of the machine, also making use of particular acoustic signals. The main sectors of use are in the leather and shoe manufacturing, furniture, clothing, felt, and all materials with elasticity and adequate softness. The positioning and recovery of blade consumption is automatic. The adjustment of the blade inside the plate takes place automatically without any adjustment. Standard or long-lasting wheels can be used for sharpening, which allow constant maintenance of the sharpening angle.
