The sleeves are\u00a0fixed on revolving spindles. Machine models TGM allow cutting of extreme precision.\u00a0The horizontal slide and the vertical cutting slide\u00a0run on recirculating roller guides and are operated by Brushless motors\u00a0and recirculating ball precision screws. The sleeves holding spindles\u00a0are at variable speed controlled by Inverter. Close circuit forced\u00a0lubrication system allows an easier cutting. All the adjustments, data\u00a0setting, diagnosis etc. are operated through the control panel and run\u00a0by PLC.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Machine\u00a0models TGM machine models with 2 or 6 mandrels can be\u00a0customized according to the different needs.\u00a0The sleeve loading and\u00a0the ring unloading operations are very simple and quick and made\u00a0easier by the machine automatisms.\u00a0The operator can carry out the\u00a0loading and unloading easily and in safety conditions because the\u00a0machines is equipped with safety doors.
